What you will do
- Prepare and maintain IELTS test rooms and computer labs.
- Ensure all computers, headphones, microphones, and other equipment are working properly.
- Provide technical support during IELTS tests.
- Check the testing system and equipment before each examination.
- Assist candidates and test-center staff with technical issues.
- Monitor the IELTS lab and ensure a smooth testing environment.
- Follow IELTS/IDP test-center security, safety, and operational procedures.
- Report technical problems and completed maintenance to the concerned supervisor.
